When is the migration happening?

By September 30, 2022

Why this migration is happening?

SUER is migrating to the new API to provide the enhanced service to their clients. New API service will be named as SEUR Atlas and the existing API will be discontinued by the end of September 2022.

What you need to do to be prepared?

1. Get in touch with your Seur account manager and request REST API access, as well as the web-service credentials.

  • Username

  • Password

  • Client ID

  • Client Secret

❗️Wait for the account manager to activate the web-service.

2. Once activated, add the credentials in Outvio & activate the courier

Enter the credentials you received from the courier and the following:

  • NIF = REG number

  • CCC = Your Seur customer account number

3. Add and activate the shipping methods

Questions you may possible have

❓Do I remove the Seur courier integration?

Deactivate Seur once Seur Atlas is activated.

Once every Seur client has migrated, we will disable the Seur from the app.

❓What will happen with my shipping and return rules, mapping?

It has to be adjusted from Seur to Seur Atlas. If you have your own rates and had them uploaded previously, upload them as well.

❓What will happen with the shipments in transit or shipping queue?

All shipments with Seur should be processed before September 30 for a smooth transition.

❓What is Geolabel?

Geolabel is a specific label for international shipments. All shipping methods with Seur Atlas have the option to ship internationally, so if you ship abroad, enable the Geolabel option.
