What will Outvio Support team appreciate?
If you open one conversation (chat/ticket) per topic
Why? If you create one conversation with 8 different questions or topics, some may be resolved and answered immediately while some need more attention. On top of that, you may have another extra question, which makes it difficult to follow through the conversation. If there is one conversation per topic - we focus on what matters and can close it once it's answered or resolved without the fear or something left unanswered.
If you open one conversation (chat/ticket) for the same topic in one channel only
Why? It creates confusion and is less efficient for both parties involved if you open multiple conversations on the same topic, as you may follow on one channel, while we may respond in another one. As well as, another person may respond you while not knowing the details you provided somewhere else already, creating unnecessary tension.
