When your customers and couriers start submitting tickets, you might need some help from your colleagues. Outvio Desk allows you to add a personal profile with login data for each collaborator.
➡️ To add your agents, go to Settings and click on Agents.
Click on before adding each agent.
➡️ The attributes you can add to the agent are Name, Email, and Position or Role.
➡️ Enable this agent to view the folder of all the tickets: Ticking this gives the agents access to all of the folders, even the ones that aren't assigned to them.
➡️ Grant this agent with admin permissions: This gives the agent access to the Settings
The newly added agent will receive an invitation email that prompts them to create a password for the account.
You can add the agent to different teams, and tags and start assigning tickets to them!
