We will automatically import your gorgias history — including agents, teams, tags, folders, tickets, messages, and macros. The duration of this process will depend on the selected time period and the amount of tickets, and it can vary from a few minutes, up to 48 hours.
This import will not affect the data nor functionality of your current platform.
To do this, go to the Outvio desk settings and select the import data option:
Once you select the platform for importing data, you will need to provide the following information:
Login email: your login email for the platform where you want to import the data.
Select the time period: here you select from when you want to import your ticket information into these platforms.
