STEP 1. Open your settings menu.
You can access the setting menu by clicking the top right-hand logo of your online shop in your Outvio account.
STEP 2. Choose "Billing data" from the dropdown menu.
In Billing data, it will appear many sections. One of these sections is called "Invoices", and here you can access all the available invoices issued by Outvio. By clicking in PDF, a document will open with all the invoice information of that month. Here you will be able to download and/o print the available invoices.
There are two different kinds of invoices, one for the monthly subscription and the second one for all the shipments made in one month. The second invoice is issued usually at the beginning of each month (usually on the 2nd or 3rd).
Also, to see all the shipment details related to each invoice click the "Details" icon next to the invoice. If needed, you can download that information as CSV format.
