If for any reason, you no longer wish to use Outvio, and you want to delete your account, you need to send a request to hello@outvio.com.

We understand that your needs might have changed or that after creating an account you decide, for some reason, that Outvio is not for you. There is no problem to delete your account. In any case, we would always like to know what is the reason that has led you to make that decision, since in most cases there is something that has not been clear to you or you have not been able to find the information you are looking for and after solving your doubt, you will see that Outvio can really help you with the problems you have when managing and shipping orders and returns.

If you still want to proceed with the elimination of your account, you must take into consideration the following:

If you have used Outvio actively, and although it is not a typical case, sometimes there may be additional charges that your shipments might generate later (returns to origin, unexpected customs charges, etc.)

In that case, we have to wait at least 3 months from the last invoice that you had void (that is, the last invoice that you had with a value of 0 EUR) to make sure that your last shipments do not have additional charges applied by the courier.

  • If in the last invoice you had national shipments (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), the time to be able to completely eliminate the account is 3 months, from said invoice.

  • If in the last invoice you had international shipments, to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, then the time to be able to completely eliminate the account is 6 months, from said invoice.

During that time, we will deactivate your account and Outvio will not charge you anything (unless if we receive any additional charge from the courier regarding your last shipments).
