If you have processed cash on delivery orders with Correos, the payments for those orders are paid directly to your bank account by Correos.
In both cases, you must fill in the bank account details in the Billing data section.
IMPORTANT:
If you update your bank details, please bear in mind that Cash on Delivery payments will be made to the latest account you have added. If the payments do not match, please be sure to check all bank accounts you have previously added to your Outvio account.
Keep in mind that Outvio pays all the payments received by the courier up to one day before the bank transfer. It takes for Correos Express between 5 to 10 working days to make the transfer after the shipment is delivered. As for those cash on delivery orders that are sent at the end of the month, it is possible that they will not be paid until the following month, since by the 5th, Correos Express may not have paid yet to us.
