To ship cash on delivery orders with Outvio is very easy!

If the integration with your CMS allows you to map the payment methods (as in case of WooCommerce, Magento, or Prestashop), you must assign Cash on Delivery methods as Cash on Delivery.

In other CMSs like in Squarespace, the assignment is automatic as part of the integration.

For Shopify, the assignment can also be automatic, but Outvio also allows you to map your payment method manually based on what you have configured in your back-office.

Alternatively, if you create an order manually, you can mark the payment method as Cash on Delivery as part of the order data.

Cash on delivery order is processed in the same way as any other shipment.
