In this short article, you will find out about the importance of the History tab. It contains the complete history of all your orders, shipments and documents in your Outvio account.

Here's how you can make the best out of it:

Filter your shipments based on multiple characteristics.

Have you ever thought about filtering your shipments by Cash-On-Delivery payments, for example? You can do this by simply clicking on the "Filter" button next to the shipments.

Additionally, Outvio allows you to filter shipments by Type, Time Range, Destination, Source, and many more.

By default, the History tab will display all information. However, if you choose to filter some of your shipments based on different characteristics, a notification will appear, reminding you that filters are active.

Easily find Shipping lists and print them if needed.

Shipping lists will appear first in the Shipping queue, but if you need to print another copy of the Shipping list at a later date, you can easily do so by going to the History tab.

Get confirmation that your customers have received the emails about their orders.

In the History tab, you can easily check if the emails you have set up in Branding have been sent to your customers. You can find more information on this topic HERE.

Last but not least: make a claim if needed.

If a shipment is in the status of DELIVERED/CLOSED, you have the possibility to make a claim and get in touch with the courier directly in the application. More information on how to make a claim you can find HERE.
