If you use PrestaShop or WooCommerce for your online store and you have a Conquer plan, you can manage your COD (cash-on-delivery) shipments in a simple way using COD Management available in "Advanced Tools".
IMPORTANT:
This functionality works only for cash on delivery with Correos Express
Here we mention the step by step:
STEP 1. Go to the configuration menu and click on "Advanced Tools"
STEP 2. Upload a file of your cash-on-delivery report
Follow the steps indicated in the table to upload your file.
IMPORTANT:
If you want Outvio to automatically change the status of your COD orders in your CMS, you must configure in STEP 8 of the PrestaShop or WooCommerce integration with the status you want to appear within your CMS.
