Where and how to manage alert notifications for your shipments?

Smart tracking alerts

Grow and Conquer plan users receive smart tracking alerts regarding their shipments and have the possibility to effortlessly manage them in Outvio.

STEP 1. Click on the Bell.

STEP 2. Open all the received notifications in a tab.

STEP 3. Make the changes based on your preferences.

Here you can filter notifications by the source/courier, exception type, shipment status, and exception status. Should any of the incidents be solved, you can tick the

boxes of those incidents and click on the "Mark as solved" button.

The filter saves your preferences permanently. This means that it will only show you the type of incidents and notifications that you have selected. In other words, if you select to receive alerts on incidents of "Stolen", Lost "and" Wrong address or contact information", Outvio will notify you only when your shipments present one of these three incidents.

The filter depends on the user. Thus, in the Conquer plan, if you have more than one user, each user can choose which alerts and notifications to receive.

Keep in mind that you also have the option to receive these notifications to your email address. For that, you need to go to the User account section and choose the option to send shipment tracking alerts by email.
