Instead of assigning tickets to agents one by one, you can also create Teams of agents and assign tickets to the team with routing rules.
For this, go to Settings and then choose Teams from the left-hand menu.
To create a new team, click on Add team
Next, create a name for the team to easily recognize it and click on Add Agent to choose the agents in this team
Once you have selected the agents, don't forget to hit the Save button in the top right corner!
You are now ready to start assigning tickets to your new team.
