Out-of-stock rules

IMPORTANT:

Depending on the Stock Rules you have configured, Outvio will only create split orders. However, Outvio does not communicate to your CMS that it is a split order, nor that is a split order to be returned.

The split order will appear in the Orders tab with an orange flag where you can see the information. Online shops have to manage this process externally.

STEP 1. Go to Shipping rules.

You can access the shipping rules by clicking the top right-hand logo of your online shop in your Outvio account.

STEP 2. Click on "Stock rules". Under the section "Out-of-stock rules", you can then choose the option best suited for your online shop.

These rules will apply when your orders are moved to the Picking List. For more information about the Picking List, please click HERE.

When you do not have enough stock for your orders, our system marks them as Red. When you try to click on "Start packing", you will get a pop-up as shown in the screenshot below:

By clicking on "Ok" Outvio will create a split order: part of the order will go to the Shipping Queue (A) and the other part will return to the Orders tab (B) with an orange flag.
