Please note: Picking list function is only available on Conquer plan.
Enable the picking list function
You can enable the picking list by choosing to send your orders to the Picking List tab under "Your order processing rules" in Settings > Your Shop Settings
Go to the Picking List tab.
All the orders you selected in the Orders tab to be added into the picking lists are now grouped into checklists to help you pick the items from your warehouse in the fastest way possible.
If you need to cancel picking the items you can do so by clicking on the three dots and then on "Cancel picking and send back to orders".
To start picking items in a list just click the "Start picking" button to open the interactive picking list.
Locate the items listed in your warehouse and pick them up.
As you go along the warehouse finding the items, just tick away the ones you have already successfully picked up. You can also use the barcode reader to scan your items.
In case you discover that for some reason you do not have as much stock as you would need, mark in the drop-down menu the number of items you were able to pick. If this happens Outvio will automatically send the orders that could not be fulfilled back to the Orders tab so you can process them later. Keep in mind that in this case, Outvio will apply your Stock Rules.
Start sending out your orders.
Once you have completed the entire picking list, a button will appear that will allow you to send the products to the Shipping queue and start packing them there.

You can also download a CSV file of your picking list if you need it by clicking on the 3 dots and download CSV:
