Creating an international return with Zeleris / DHL

For returns and reverse shipments with Zeleris / DHL, the label is generated (normally) within 24 hours after processing a return or reverse shipment (usually it is generated in 4-6h, but in some exceptional cases it could take 2-3 business days ).

When your client wants to return a product using your return portal, he/she can download the label in the last step of the process. It will also be sent by email. In case of reverse shipment, which you create manually, the label will appear next to your reverse order in the Tracking tab. Note that it does not appear right away and usually takes some time (as we explained in the previous section). After the label has been generated, you must download the PDF file and send it to your client as soon as possible, as he/she will have to prepare the shipment for the return. Typically the pickup of the return is planned for the next day after the label generation.

NB! If you or your client selects to process a return with Zeleris Día Siguiente, the label will be generated immediately since it is a national shipment and it is not shipped with the help of DHL.

Returns from Portugal with Zeleris

When it comes to returns or reverse shipments from Portugal, you must take into account that no label is generated from our side if it has been shipped with Zeleris Standard. This case is an exception, as DHL uses a different system to track the shipments. The courier goes to pick up the package and gives the label from their side to your client to attach it to the shipment. So do not worry if you process a return from Portugal and do not get the label.

Creating a return with Correos and Correos Express

When creating a return with Correos or Correos Express, the label is generated immediately. After your client has received the label, he/she can print it out right away and start preparing the package for the return (attach the label to the package).

Bear in mind that Correos only allows 1 package per return. So if you want to submit a return with two or more packages, it won't be possible. You will have to submit them separately.
