How to ship and return at the same time?

With Correos Express Servicio Plus you can deliver and return the shipments at the same time.

STEP 1. Process the order as usual.

Process the order with Correos Express Servicio Plus. Instead of one label, there will be two labels generated. The first one is for the exchange shipment and the second one is for the return.

STEP 2. Put the return label inside the exchange shipment.

Prepare the exchange shipment and put the return label in the package. Upon delivery, the customer will have to open the package, take out the return label, and stick it to the package that will be returned.

In case you are on the Grow or Conquer plan, you are able to let the client select exchange shipment instead of the ordinary return shipment via your return portal. You can specify this in your return rules. After your client has confirmed the exchange shipment, and it has shown up in the Returns tab, you need to process the exchange shipment manually inside the application.

NB! You need to take into account that if you choose to provide the exchange service to your customers, in Outvio you will not be able to track the return shipment (the exchange shipment has the tracking information available). This is the restriction imposed directly by the courier service. Therefore, it is extremely important that your customers follow the instructions when handing over the return shipment to the courier. If the return shipment is not prepared correctly (the correct label is not attached to the return package), it is very likely that your shipment gets lost in transit as there will be no tracking information.
