As a general rule, it is not possible to choose a time slot or the exact day when the courier should come to pick up the return.

After creating a return, the system organises the pickup for the next business day and it will occur normally, that day or the next.

Please note that, depending on the conditions of the couriers, they may refuse to reactivate the pickup after the failed attempt/s in case the sender (your client) was absent or didn't have the package prepared. This may mean that you need to create a new return.

If you are on Grow or Conquer plan and want to be sure that your returns will be returned to you, the easiest way is to configure your return rules to use Correos Nacional Domicilio Standard Sin recogida as the default return method. In this way, your clients print the label and take the package to any Correos post office whenever it is convenient for them :)
