What is new in the returns portal

With the new version of our returns portal there are many new updates and changes, here is a quick overview of the new features built to make your customers' shopping experience even better:

Customisable rules for returns and exchanges

You can now set up rules for your returns based on multiple conditions, including product variables, order information, customer information, and return and brand details.

And you can make your rules as specific as you want!

In addition, all rules are now set on the brand level, meaning if you have a multi-brand operation, you can easily create different return flows for each of them!

Advanced Exchanges functionality

Our new Returns Portal includes exchanges! Your clients can now exchange products that they didn't like or that didn't adjust to them, by selecting the option to exchange instead of return the product.

As with returns, you can also create rules to allow exchanges for certain products, destinations or any number of other criteria.

👁️‍🗨️ Currently exchanges are only available for all Shopify users, but other platforms will be supported shortly!

An even more customizable Returns and Exchanges Portal

The new Returns and Exchanges Portal offers more customisations than ever, so you can build an even better-integrated shopping experience. You can give your own touch to the Login Page, Orders List, Return Reasons, Exchanges, Method selection, Summary and Confirmation pages.

You can also configure the date format, add a favicon and edit most of the copy and translations on the page (some of these features are available only for the Conquer plan).

Return multiple orders at the same time

The new Returns and Exchanges Portal will allow your customers to exchange or return products from different orders they made at the same time to save you time and resources.

Advanced refund options

To make sure your customers have the best possible returns experience, while at the same time allowing you to retain as much revenue as possible, we have made it possible for you to decide how to incentivise shoppers to use their refund in your store and not lose the sale.

For example, you can now enable your customers to receive a bonus for choosing store credit or even a free shipping and/or a discount coupon for their next purchase (some of these features are currently available only for Shopify users).

Other updates

In addition to the ones highlighted above there are many other smaller updates and optimisations that we have added so you can give a unique best-in-market Returns and Exchanges experience to your customers.
