With Outvio, you can effortlessly send shipment notifications to your customers, process returns, track all your orders in record time, and enjoy many other amazing features. Connect your VTEX store with Outvio to synchronize your order information.
Once the VTEX integration is set up, your orders from VTEX will appear in Outvio for shipping.
STEP 1. Find your account details for the VTEX integration for Outvio
Log in to your VTEX account, click on your profile icon in the top right corner, and click on Account Settings from the menu.
Next, click on Application Keys.
In the new window, you should see your Outvio account in the list. From here, save your Account Name, you will need to enter it to Outvio later.
Click on ADD 3RD PARTY KEY
Next, create a name label for Outvio and click on Generate.
❗️You are given your Application Key and Token. Make sure to copy and save both.
STEP 2: ADD VTEX integration to your Outvio account
Go to Settings > Integrations and find the VTEX logo.
Click on VTEX. A new window will open prompting you to enter the account information you saved earlier with VTEX. You can leave the Environment field empty.
Click on Next and go through the steps to set up your configuration with VTEX.
You are all done! The integration is displayed as active in the "Integrations" tab, and the orders that arrive after the integration has been completed will be synchronized with Outvio.
