Integrating your AliExpress store in Outvio could not be easier. In less than a few steps, you'll be ready to sync every order that arrives in your AliExpress store to Outvio.

With Outvio's AliExpress shipping app, all the orders you receive in your AliExpress online store will appear in Outvio automatically. It's that easy!

With Outvio, you will be able to process all your orders in record time, track your shipments in a unified way, send shipment notifications by email to your customers, process your customers' returns, and many other amazing things. And, in addition, you will always have all the information perfectly synchronised with your AliExpress back office.

Outvio's AliExpress shipping app is completely free and takes less than a minute to get up and running.

STEP 1. Access the AliExpress integration in Outvio.

Go to the Integrations section of your Outvio account and click on the AliExpress integration. Click the button that appears to get started with the integration.

Click on "Start integrating with AliExpress now" to start the integration.

STEP 2. Login to your AliExpress account.

The integration takes you to login to your AliExpress account (if you are logged into your AliExpress account at the time you may not see this step).

Log in and continue to the next step.

STEP 3. Finish the configuration in Outvio.

Once you have finished configuring the AliExpress integration, you can return to Outvio to complete the following fields (these fields are optional depending on the operation of your online store):

  • HS Code - If you ship the same type of product and you ship outside the EU, we recommend that you set a default HS code, for example, if you ship "cotton shirts" then the HS code is 610910.

  • Customer email address - AliExpress does not ask for emails from buyers, but in Outvio, that field is mandatory. In that case, we recommend setting a default email. It can be your own email.

  • Order shipment description - On AliExpress it is not possible to configure a description of the order content. However, this field is required for all international shipments, so we recommend configuring a default description in English, for example "leather jacket".

Additionally, you can set the day and time Outvio should import your orders.

You can also map your shipping methods on AliExpress to the shipping methods available in Outvio. This step is optional. However, it can help you automate the courier selection process when processing your shipments.

For more information about mapping your shipping methods, click HERE.

That's it! Your integration will appear active in "Integrations". The orders that come in after the integration is completed will be synchronised with Outvio.
