STEP 1. Open your settings menu.
You can access the setting menu by clicking the top right-hand logo of your online shop in your Outvio account.
STEP 2. Choose "Shop Settings" from the drop-down menu.
STEP 3. In "Your package sizes" section click the '+' icon.
Enter the measurements of the package and give it a name for your reference. You can also select what your default package is. This package is used by default when you use the option to ship and print labels in bulk.
