This is very easy! Let's go through a couple of steps that should be made.
STEP 1. Make sure the order is not packed.
Packages are assigned in the Shipping Queue.
By default, Outvio packs the products in your default package since in most cases a single package is sent per shipment. If this is the case just unpack the package.
STEP 2. Choose the correct package size for the packages.
To pack the products, you must select the products you want to pack in the same package and then click on the "close package" button. You do the same with the remaining products until you have the preferred number of packages.
Once you have created the packages, you can change the size and weight of them (if you consider it necessary).
Once all your packages are ready, you must print the labels and prepare (physically) the packages. Outvio prints one label per package. Paste one label per package: each package must have one of the generated labels (which are all different and identify each package with the unique package code).
