IMPORTANT:

The bulk printing functionality is automatically disabled after having a payment error. The system activates it automatically based on an internal algorithm. This implies that you should process about 20-50 orders and, if there is no failed payment, the system will allow again to use bulk printing automatically.

Here is how to use the bulk shipping functionality:

STEP 1. Go to the Orders tab and check that all the orders you plan to ship out are complete.

Before bulk shipping your orders you should make sure that:

  1. the orders have complete delivery address data

  2. you have all the products available for the orders you are going to ship out

  3. your default warehouse is set to the warehouse the courier should pick up the orders from (click HERE to see how to check/change your warehouse data)

  4. your default package size is set to the package size you are going to use to ship out all the orders (click HERE to see how to check/add package sizes)

  5. your printing settings are configured the way you need (click HERE to see how to edit your printing settings)

STEP 2. Select all the orders you want to ship out.

STEP 3. Click "Ship orders in bulk".

Clicking this button will straight away print the shipping labels for all the selected orders (using your default warehouse and package size information) and notify the courier(s) to come to pick up your parcels.

Once you click the button you will have to confirm your bulk shipping request in the following popup:

The bulk shipping process might take from a few seconds to several minutes depending on the number of orders you are bulk shipping.

While the bulk shipping process is running in the background you will see a message like this in the bottom right corner of your Outvio screen:

When the process finishes you will be notified with another popup:

STEP 4. Print your labels.

Click the "Ok, show labels" button to open the print dialogue box and print out your shipping labels.

Depending on your printing settings you will either print only shipping labels, shipping labels and packing lists, shipping labels and invoices, or all of them.

Now only thing is to pack your goods, stick the labels on the packages, and wait for the courier to come to pick them up!
