Once you have signed up for Outvio you might ask yourself at some point when, how often and to whom you need to pay for the shipments. Luckily the system is pretty easy!

Outvio asks only for your credit card info when you are ready to send out your first shipment. This happens right before printing out your first label!

In the beginning Outvio charges you directly for every shipment. Once our system has enough payment history without any payment errors, it charges you once a day for the combined value of all shipments you shipped that day. In case of a payment failure, Outvio starts to charge again per shipment and after a while given that there are no payment problems, you will be charged once a day.  Customers with a shipment volume higher than 1000 shipments per month might qualify for longer payment terms.

All the invoices related to your shipping or subscription fees will appear under your Billing Data settings.

If you have contracts with your own couriers and you use them through Outvio, then you pay for your shipments directly to your courier and Outvio charges you 0,1 € per shipment processed.
