If you're new to Outvio and want to learn how to create your first order or/& shipment, this article is for you!
Go to your Orders tab🔎
If you do not have any new orders to be shipped out, your Orders tab will look like this:

You can create orders in Outvio 3 ways:
1. Automatically importing orders from your online store by connecting Outvio to your store following the integration guide for your eCommerce platform:
2. Uploading orders using an Excel file. Find more information on this process here:
3. Manually creating new orders/shipments by clicking the "+" icon in the top right corner and entering all the required shipment details
After completing the data entry, click "Save," and your new order will be added to the Orders tab for shipping
→ Some fields, such as Recipient ID number, message to courier or invoice number are optional, but depending on the destination of your order, some fields are mandatory. In those cases, Outvio will show you flags in the "Status" column indicating the missing information.

How to Ship your order in Outvio ✈️
Now that you have created your order, you can process it with a courier and create a label.
For this you need to have a configured courier and a warehouse:

Now connect the warehouse to your courier integration (if you haven't done so) by going to My Couriers tab, click on your configured courier and "Assigned warehouse" and click "Add Warehouse" - then click on "Save"
Once you have this configured, go to your order and click on "Start Packing"
You can also do this from the Orders Tab
Depending if you have activated the Picking List {Only for Conquer Plan} the order will be passed to Picking tab or directly to the Shipping Queue
To activate your picking list follow THIS ARTICLE
→ In the Sipping Queue, enter your order and select the service with which you want this order to be shipped:
Select the package dimensions and click on "Print Label and Ship"
→ You can select another shipping method by clicking on the pen
Done! So easy!🥳
Whats next?
Your Shipment will return a label (and a Shipping invoice if it's an export shipment) that you can download and/or print, and it will be passed to the Tracking Tab, where you can follow his tracking status!
