In Outvio, clients can choose between four different plans (Grow, Conquer).

All plans have a monthly subscription fee, discounted shipping rates, and depending on the plan, more powerful functions and automation features are offered.

That means that in Outvio the number of shipments you ship per month is unlimited. More information about the different functionality these plans provide, you will find HERE.

When you sign up in Outvio, you can try out the Grow plan for a trial period at no cost.

Once the trial period has ended, Outvio will automatically deactivate your account and you will not be able to access it unless you upgrade to one of the available plans.

The purple notification bar will show you exactly when your trial period will end. If you want to extend your free trial period, you can make some settings in your account (for example: configure your branding, integrate your online store, etc.) and thus get additional trial days.

If you click on "End trial", it will take you directly to Subscriptions and rates where you can select one of the plans and start a subscription.

Do not worry! Outvio does not charge you unless you decide to move to a paid plan. The day you upgrade your plan will become the day you pay the subscription fee each month.

Let's say you signed up on the 15th of January and on the 20th of January decided to upgrade to the Grow plan. This means that the next time Outvio charges you for the subscription will be on the 20th of February.

If before that date (20.02) you decide to upgrade to the Grow plan (let's say you do it on the 10th of February), you will be charged immediately (10.02) for the price difference between the two plans, but only for the remaining 10 days until the billing day (in the given example the difference between the two plans will be charged, but only for 1/3 of the monthly payment since there are only 10 days left until the billing day.

If at some point you want to downgrade your Outvio plan, it would not take effect immediately. It would happen after the end of your current billing period, therefore, until that moment you can continue to enjoy the functionality of the higher plan. In this case, it would be the 20th of the month.

You will have a better overview of the monthly subscription invoices in the Billing data section.

Please be aware that, once you have upgraded your plan, Outvio does not give credit or reimburse for it. You will be moved automatically to the selected plan. In case of requesting the downgrade or cancellation of the plan, this will occur, as we have explained previously, at the end of your current billing period. Until then, you can enjoy the functionality and rates of that superior plan. In order to upgrade or downgrade your plan, you need to accept the Terms of service of Outvio and confirm the upgrade/downgrade.
