How to set-up my notification emails?

STEP 1. Open your settings menu.

You can access the setting menu by clicking the top right-hand logo of your online shop in your Outvio account.

STEP 2. Choose "User Account" from the dropdown menu.

STEP 3. In the "Your notifications" section you can configure the notifications you would like to get from Outvio.

Choose when you want Outvio to send you automatic emails to alert you about events in your Outvio account.

Outvio will send you an automatic email alerting you when:

  • One of your customers processes a return;

  • A return has been accepted or refused, and closed (this email is sent to the email address you have set up as customer email address – you can input that email in the "Invoicing data" section).

  • An order has been standing for over X days in the orders tab without being sent (this is particularly interesting to avoid that old orders get lost amongst newer ones).

  • One of your shipments has an incident (available only in Grow and Conquer plans).

Click "Save".
