Integrating Ecwid with Outvio couldn't be any easier. In a couple of minutes, you are done with the integration, and the only thing to do is wait for the first orders to appear in Outvio.

Here are a couple of steps you need to take to integrate Ecwid successfully in Outvio:

STEP 1. Open your settings menu and choose the "Integrations" from the dropdown menu.

STEP 2. Choose the integration "Ecwid" and click on the "SET UP" button. A new window will pop up. Next, you need to press the "Start" button.

STEP 3. Sign in with your Ecwid credentials.

STEP 4. Go to the Apps section, choose Outvio, and click on the "Install" button to proceed with the installation.

STEP 5. Click on the "Install" button for the second time to approve the application credentials.

STEP 6. After the installation is complete, you will be redirected to Outvio. To connect your Ecwid webshop with Outvio, press the "Link with your Outvio account" button.

If by that time you do not have an active account in Outvio (if you started the integration process in Ecwid), you should first click on the "Register a new account" button and follow the given instructions.

STEP 7. A new tab will be opened where you can log in to your Outvio account.

STEP 8. Go to the Integrations section and click on the Ecwid symbol to complete the integration.

Start entering the information required. In the case of international shipments, please fill in the default HS code field (HS code is obligatory for shipments made outside of the EU).

This is it! You have now active Ecwid integration.

Keep in mind that only these orders that arrive after the integration has been completed are synchronised with Outvio.

If for some reason you need to delete the Ecwid integration and do the reintegration, you must delete the integration first in Outvio by clicking on the "Dustbin" button and then uninstall the application in Ecwid (in My Apps sections). After that, you can either reinstall the application and follow the steps starting from step 4, or you can start from the beginning in Outvio.
