Integrating your Wix store with Outvio couldn't be any easier. In less than a few steps, you'll be ready to synchronise every order that arrives in your Wix store with Outvio.

With Outvio's Wix shipping app, all the orders you receive in your Wix online store will automatically appear in Outvio. t's that easy!

With Outvio, you will be able to process all your orders in record time, track your shipments in a unified way, send shipment notifications by email to your customers, process your customers' returns, and many other amazing things. Plus, you will always have all the information perfectly synchronised with your Wix back office.

Outvio's Wix shipping app is completely free and takes less than a few minutes to get up and running.

STEP 1. Access the Wix integration in Outvio.

Go to the Integrations section of your Outvio account and click on the Wix integration. Click on the button that appears to get started with the integration:

STEP 2. Login to your Wix account.

The integration navigates you to login to your Wix account (if you are already logged in you may not see this step).

STEP 3. Finish the configuration in Outvio.

To finish the configuration you can fill in the following boxes. Those are optional depending on the operation of your online shop:

  • Default order HS Code - If you are shipping the same type of product as well as outside the EU, we recommend you to set a default HS Code. For instance for "cotton shirts" the HS code would 610910.

  • Default order shipment description - This field is required for all international shipments so we recommend you to set a default description in English, e.g. "leather jacket".

Additionally, you can easily map your shipping methods in Wix to the shipping methods available in Outvio. This step is optional. However, it can help you automate the process of selecting a courier when processing your shipments. To learn more about mapping your shipping methods, please click HERE.

Done! The integration will appear active in the "Integrations" tab, and the orders that arrive after the integration has been completed will be synchronised with Outvio.
