Connecting your Vivino online shop with Outvio is very simple and only requires a few steps that we will show you in this article.

Once the integration is done, all the orders you receive in your Vivino online shop will automatically appear in your Outvio account.

With Outvio you'll be able to process all your orders in record time, track your shipments in a unified way, send shipment notifications by email to your customers, process customer returns, and many other amazing things. Plus, you'll always have all the information perfectly synchronised with your Vivino back office.

STEP 1. Access the integration tab.

Go to "Integrations" in your Outvio account.

Click on the Vivino integration to get started with the integration.

STEP 2. Enter your Vivino credentials and proceed to the next step.

You can find the credentials inside your Vivino account.

  • HS Code: If you ship the same type of product and you ship outside the EU, we recommend you to set a default HS code, e.g. if you ship "cotton shirts" then the HS Code would be 610910.

  • If you have several online shops set up with Vivino, we recommend you to add an "Alias" to be able to distinguish them from each other.

You also have the option to map the shipping methods in Vivino to the shipping methods available in your Outvio account. It can help you automate the process of selecting a courier when processing your shipments.

There you go! The integration will appear active in the "Integrations" tab, and the orders that arrive after the integration has been completed will be synchronised with Outvio.
