How to cancel my subscription?

Cancel my subscription plan or trial account

❗️After your account is deactivated, you will lose ALL access to your account, including all invoices generated in the previous months, that you will not be able to request after you lose the access.

The only way to activate your account and gain back access is by upgrading to one of the available plans.


In case you are currently on a free trial period, you won't need to follow any of the steps to cancel it, your account will be deactivated automatically after your trial period ends.


If for some reason you need to proceed to cancel your subscription, you can do it in a few steps.

  1. Go to Settings > Subscriptions

  2. Clic on "here" button that you will find below the presented Plans

After cancelling your subscription, you will still have access to it until the next billing date, and from that point, you will lose all access to your account until you decide to upgrade to an available plan.
