Here is what you need to do to set up personalized sub-domains for tracking and returns portals 👇
1. Go to Settings -> Branding -> Portal & Tracking
2. Click on the edit button
3. Under portal domain, choose Use your custom domain and enter your domain (without https://)
4. Then, click on Generate NS Records.
A new window will open with your NS records.
5. Once you have copied the NS records from the dark box to the NS TXT records section in your hosting provider's platform, click on Verify.
Now all you have to do is wait for the verification to complete.
If after 24 hours the domain has not been verified, reach out to our support.
6. To add the domain to the returns portal, go to Returns & Exchanges -> Returns & Exchanges Portal
Click on the pencil icon next to the address bar:
7. Follow the same steps as you did for the tracking portal
