Overview of the Branding Section: Multi-branding, Notifications and Tracking Settings

Brand Settings

General Brand Details 🏷️

First of all, if you operate multiple brands within a single company and manage them using the same Outvio account, keep in mind that you have the capability to differentiate and customize them individually.

To add a new brand, click on the "+" button on the left side of the page:


The multi-branding option is a feature available starting from Conquer plan.


  • Logo

    You can upload your logo in the compatible format (csv, png, jpg, svg, jpeg, webp, avif, gif) with a maximum file size of 1 MB. This logo will be automatically displayed on invoices, customer notification emails, the returns portal/tracking page, and in the upper right corner of your Outvio account, unless you choose to customize a different logo for some of this sections.

  • Your Brand URLs

    In General Brand Details you will find your Shop URL and your tracking and returns portal links by default. We advise to link to these from your online shop to allow people easy access to your returns portal and tracking

  • Choose the shops and marketplaces that will use this branding:

    If you use multiple brands you can choose which shops and marketplaces you want to associate with them and do the mapping. You can also decide which brand you want to use by default for manually created orders or for unmapped orders

  • Choose your shipping label customization for this brand:

    Additionally, you can choose either the warehouse name or the customised name as a sender on the shipping labels

Choose the Languages you Support

You can use the languages ​​that have been configured by default depending on where you operate your main warehouse (for example, for stores in Spain, the languages are Spanish and English).

  • later on you will be able to use them to configure notification emails and the information that appears on the returns portal / the tracking page in additional languages

Set Up Custom Domains 🛠️

If you want to change your default tracking- and returns portal domains, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Click on the button "Set up Custom Domain" and add your custom domains (without https://)

  2. Reach out to Outvio Support and provide the Tracking and Return domains, we will generate NS records for these domains and provide them to you

  3. Register the NS records provided in your Domain Provider

  4. Get back to us and wait for activation!

Delete Brand 🗑️

If for some reason you need to delete a Brand, you can do so by clicking on the "Delete brand" button. Note that this action is irreversible.

Notifications

These settings are valuable when you aim to automatically send tracking notifications to your customers through Outvio and/or garner positive reviews and ratings using the Review Booster feature.

This is the initial Setup for your Default Notifications.

Here, you should determine the language based on either the destination country of the order or the language in which the client placed the order on your online store, as this will dictate the language the notifications will be sent to clients.

  • Note: Keep in mind that if you select "based by order language option", it won't work when using the API or manually uploading orders to Outvio, as the platform won't receive this information and will consequently send notifications in the default language (English).

    In such cases, we recommend opting for the first choice, "based on the destination country." This guarantees that notifications are consistently delivered in the correct language, regardless of your method for adding orders to Outvio.

Email sender details:

Enter the name and email address from which you wish to send your notifications to your customers

Default Notifications 📬

In this section you can personalize, activate and view your notification templates.

If you DON'T want to personalize your notification templates, you can just activate the notifications you want to be sent and click view under each template to check the message that will be sent by default. Dont forget to click Save!

  • Notifications will automatically provide clients with the ability to track their shipments. They will be redirected to the tracking portal with an automated link to their specific order when clicking the button:

Review Booster 📈

This feature allows you to start gathering reviews and ratings about your store and products online in Trustpilot or Facebook or other platforms exclusively from the most satisfied clients (Using AI - artificial intelligence)

Tracking page

The tracking page includes the order status with a map, delivery and order information, as well as the questions & answers section 👇

  • To configure it, you can add your logo, images, brand colours and personalised content by clicking on the following buttons:

    ⭐️ For an easy edit experience, tap on Click Edit on the upper left corner to access the Edit Box, where you can configure most of the points:

  • To add a background image, click on 1: "Aunthentification for tracking" in the upper left corner (under Qick Edit) and then click on the camera icon
