Customise your tracking page with the company logo, colours, and a Q&A section for your customers. They can take the necessary action without reaching out to you.

🤔 Where do I set it up?

Go to Settings -> Branding -> Tracking Page

The tracking page includes the order status with a map, delivery and order information, as well as the questions & answers section 👇

✍️ Add your logo, images, brand colours and personalised content

Once you click on one of the following buttons, a pop-up will appear with all the details you can adjust for your brand to stand out. You can edit:

⭐️ For an easy edit experience, tap on Qucik Edit on the upper left corner to access the Edit Box, where you can configure the following points:

  • Logo

  • Color palette

  • Map

  • Order status

  • Banner

  • Delivery information

  • Order information

  • Questions & Answers

  • Rate order

Logo

Upload the logo that will appear on your personalised tracking page for your customers

  • For best results, upload the images in the recommended format (Recommended height 50px. File size max. 0.5 MB)

Color palette

  • Customize your color palette with the colors you want to show your customers in the tracking page

Map

  • Customize the color palette you want to see displayed on the map

  • These colors will be shown on the tracking map

Banner

Incorporating a Banner into your Tracking Portal can enhance your sales strategy when customers visit to track their orders!

To boost sales, market campaigns, promote sales events, cross-promote other online stores, or maintain a seamless customer journey, consider using a personalized banner on the tracking page

  1. Decide on where do you want to display your banner - on top or next to the tracking page by choosing between the vertical and horizontal banner

  2. Upload the banners for the desktop and mobile versions

  3. Add the URL for your banner.

When your clients click on the banner they will be directed to the selected page and therefore receive more information about the announcement.

Order and Delivery information

  • Here you can review the translations and the message for each button that will be shown to the customer and edit them based on your needs.

❗️Please note that for the time being it is not possible to edit or cancel the order (don't worry, it's in progress). We suggest to turn off these options, even though they will be greyed out to the customers (no action possible to be made).

Questions & Answers

  • Customize your tracking page's Q&A section to address common customer inquiries about order delivery, delays, and order status. This feature allows you to modify, add, or remove questions and answers, enabling customers to find information without direct contact and ensuring they stay informed.

    • In the Grow Plan, you can customize questions in two languages: English and a second language based on your main warehouse's location.

    • With the Conquer Plan, you have the flexibility to edit questions in as many languages as needed.

Rate order

  • You can also enable your customers to rate the delivery experience once the order has been delivered, however, the analytics will be available later on.

Add a background image to your tracking portal

  • Finally, to edit the tracking portal background image, click on 1: "Aunthentification for tracking" in the upper left corner (under Qick Edit) and then click on the camera icon ⤵️

This will be the background clients will see when following your tracking URL link.
