How to request a pickup?

At Outvio, when you ship with pre-configured couriers, you don't need to request a pickup since the system manages it automatically when you process your shipments.

Therefore, there are only 2 reasons why you may need to request a pickup manually:

  • Shipments generated with Correos. Due to Correos' operations, a pickup cannot be automatically requested when processing your shipments with Correos. If you need your Correos' shipments to be picked up, you must request a manual pickup. Keep in mind that with Correos, collections requested before 14:00 will be requested for the next business day. After 14:00, they will be requested for "the day after the next business day" (in 2 business days)

  • The courier does not show up to pick up your shipments/returns.

IMPORTANT:

Outvio requests a pickup per warehouse and per day, but that does not mean you can only hand over only one shipment to the courier! Once the courier arrives, he/she must take ALL the prepared and labelled packages.

STEP 1. Click on the tracking icon.

STEP 2. Click on "See pickups", and "Request pickup", then choose the carrier and warehouse for which you need the pickup.

And that is it! Your new pickup will appear in the Recent/Current Courier Pickups section.
