STEP 1. Contact your account manager and request the correct credentials.
First of all, you need to contact your account manager in Correos Express and let them provide you the correct credentials. You also need to ask them to activate the web service for you. This might take up to one day.
NB! The credentials to connect via web service are usually different from the credentials you have to access your Correos Express customer area.
You can see the credentials Outvio will request here:
You may ask yourself what to insert in the Requester field. Based on our experience, it should be your Shipping Warehouse Code. You will have to add the letter "I" in front of the code. Therefore, if your Shipping Warehouse Code is 565750001, the Requester would be I565750001.
The User and Password must be provided by Correos Express.
By default you should have one Shipping Warehouse Code. In that case, enter the same code in both fields (Shipping Warehouse Code and Returns Warehouse Code). In the previous example, it would be "565750001".
In any case, if the integration with Correos Express fails for some reason, Outvio will notify you. In that case, you must contact Correos Express and check that they have given you the correct credentials. Do not hesitate to contact us either way. We can probably help you right away. We recommend you to send us a screenshot of all of your credentials and an email address of your account manager. This way we can contact Correos Express directly.
STEP 2. Upload your shipping rates for every service you want to use.
In Outvio you can use different services: Express, Standard, Paq14, Paq10, and Correos Servicio Plus. Keep in mind that for every service you need to upload a separate file since each service has a different rate.
We will introduce quickly each of these services:
Express includes services such as ePaq24/Paq24, Balearics Express, Canarian Aerial, and International Express. In this way, by uploading a single rate file, you automatically activate all those services just mentioned.
Standard includes services to the Canary Islands by sea and international shipments via the road.
Paq14 service delivers packages the next working day before 2 p.m. It includes the national peninsular territory and Balearic Islands.
Paq10 service is similar to the Paq14 service. The difference is that the packages will get delivered before 10 a.m. However, this service is available only in bigger cities and not in remote areas.
Servicio Plus is the exchange service (2 labels are printed, one for the original shipment and another one for the return that you must put inside the shipment). Upon delivery, the courier waits for the customer to open the package, take out the return label, and put it on the package to return.
After you have uploaded your shipping rates correctly for every service you want to use, you will see them in the rates table in the "Subscription and Rates" section, and can start shipping immediately. However, we recommend you to check your Correos Express rates settings in advance and adjust if needed.
