Status update in CMS

When for no apparent reason the order status is not updated on your CMS, bear in mind the following information:

1. If your online store is configured in one of these CMS (WooCommerce, Magento, Prestashop, Opencart), it could be due to the following reasons:

  • PHP version of the server where you have your CMS has been changed to one that is not compatible with Outvio.

  • Some other module has been installed that is creating a conflict.

  • Some other changes have been made to the server (firewall, URL redirection, etc).

In these cases, we recommend checking to see if one of these reasons is interfering with the requests that Outvio sends to your CMS to update your orders.

2. If your online shop is configured in one of these CMS (Amazon, Ebay, Shopify), keep in mind the following:

If the status is not updated, it may be because your CMS server is receiving many fulfilment requests from Outvio (for example in bulk shipments) and it is not able to process it all at the moment and puts them in a waitlist according to its criteria.

Usually, after a certain time (this can be between a few minutes to a few hours) until the server receives the information. This is entirely up to your CMS server and is out of Outvio’s control.

If none of the above applies, please contact our Outvio Support Team.
