Status bars

If you are in the Grow or Conquer plans, you might have probably noticed that when you ship your orders, some bars appear in the Tracking tab next to the shipments.

We provide you with a simple yet effective way for you to distinctly notice different statuses related to your orders, directly from the Tracking tab:

There are 4 variations of those "bars". You can always hover your cursor over them to see what information they hold.

We will now go over each of those variations in detail:

a. I have 1 green bar - fulfilment of order in CMS (completed)

The one green bar indicates you that this order has been marked as "fulfilled" in your respective CMS.

b. I have 1 red bar - fulfilment of order in CMS (not completed)

Respectively, the red bar indicates you that the order has not been marked as fulfilled in your CMS. It also prompts you to click on the bar itself, to trigger a re-sending of the update.

IMPORTANT:

If for no apparent reason some order statuses are not updated, click HERE for more information

c. I have 2 green bars / I have 1 green and 1 red bar

If you see two bars, the first of the bars will have appeared to signal you that this shipment was part of a merged bulk label . The second bar is still informing you whether or not the order status was update in your CMS.

d. I have no status bars behind my shipments

Orders that have been manually created in Outvio will not have include this functionality since those orders are not connected to a CMS.

Also, it means that those shipments are not part of a merged bulk label.
