🛠 Connecting Shopware to Outvio
❗ If you need to update the Outvio plugin version, just upload a new version and update it. Don’t uninstall the old version from Shopware5 - this action will delete all settings and lead to an incorrect plugin functioning.
1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Shopware
2. Download the Outvio Plugin, install it & follow the steps in the instructions, then click Next
❗ Proceed with the next steps only when you have set it up in Shopware to avoid any errors.

3. Finish the steps in Outvio and voilà - you have integrated Shopware to Outvio! 🚀
📝 Things to note
Every international shipment in Outvio needs a content description, therefore HS code field is mandatory for the integration to work successfully. Only this way, you can be sure that you won’t have to add this description manually for each order in Outvio, so please follow the instructions doc to set them up.
It is also possible to offer pick-up points if you have a shipping method that offers this option. For this you have to tick the checkbox when you are mapping out the shipping methods during the integration process:
