How to set up the Review Booster feature?

Ratings and reviews play a huge role when it comes to the image of the company and trust of the potential customers, and it is a tool that we can use to our advantage. If you want to start gathering reviews and ratings about your store and products online, for instance, Trustpilot or Facebook, Review Booster is for you.

What is the Review Booster? 📈

Review Booster is an Outvio feature that allows you sending automated notifications through personalised and branded emails, making it even easier for your customers to leave positive reviews about your store and products.

→This feature is available only for Conquer and Enterprise plans.

How does it work? 🤔

Once the shipment has been delivered, your customer receives an email through which they can leave ratings on the review pages of your choice. You will be able to choose the time the message is sent automatically, and also design and personalise the emails the way that you want. Outvio will help you by using an algorithm that will target the most satisfied customers.

How to set up "Review Booster"

STEP 1. Go to Branding by clicking on the wheel at the top right:

STEP 2. Go to the Notifications section and scroll down until you see the "Review Booster" functionality.

Once you get there, you need to edit the template you are going to send to your customers.

🙌 Click on "Edit", select the language of the new template and create it. You will need to do this step for all the languages you want to add:

Once you create your template, you can design it as you like. The process is the same as when you customise the email notifications you send to your customers. Click HERE to see this article.

After you have made all the changes, you must activate the email (by moving the selector from "Inactive" to "Active", as the email will not be sent unless you activate it), and save the changes.

Once you have saved and activated the template, go back to Notifications > Review Booster and check the box "Activate algorithm to improve your online reviews", which is based on the different data collected from shipments and customers. It will track down and send these notifications to the most satisfied customers so that they can leave their reviews.

Below, you will see the following available options:

If you select the last two options (1 or 2 days after delivery) you will be able to select the time you want to send the mail.

You can now start sending emails to your customers with the Review Booster! 🎉

Now you own a powerful tool that will help you to collect reviews and ratings online in an accessible and fast way! With one click your customers will be able to reach any review page and leave their positive feedback, which could be turning point for new interested customers.

❗️IMPORTANT!

👉 By activating this function, you will be automatically charged the following:

→0.01 per orders processed using your rates

→0.10 per order with our preconfigured Outvio rates.

Starting from the first order processed after activating Review Booster, the algorithm will be activated and Review Booster can only be deactivated again at the end of the current billing period.

This implies that you can request deactivation, but the corresponding surcharge mentioned in the previous paragraph will be charged, and the emails will be sent (if you have activated them) until the end of the current billing period.
