Amazon shipping is the delivery service of Amazon that offers a wide selection of delivery methods.
Now, you can easily add Amazon Shipping to your Outvio account.
Amazon Shipping is available for customers with warehouses in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧, France 🇫🇷, Spain 🇪🇸, Italy 🇮🇹, and USA 🇺🇸.
Log in to your Outvio account, go to Settings > My couriers, and choose Amazon Shipping from the list of couriers.
To activate the contract, click on Authorize.
You are directed to the Amazon Seller Central portal where you are prompted to log in with your seller credentials.
If the login is successful, you are returned back to Outvio where the menu items on the left are now unlocked.
First, go to Shipping Methods. To start shipping, enable shipping with Amazon Shipping and choose any delivery methods you would like to use by clicking on Add shipping methods.
☝️ TIP: You can upload and ship with your own rates with Amazon Shipping. We recommend this to compare prices with couriers and see the rate for shipping.

Next, click on Amazon Shipping settings. Under Other settings, you can choose if the shipping labels are showing the OTN from Outvio or the order ID.
In case you have several contracts with Amazon Shipping, you can set each contract a Courier Alias name to differentiate the contracts from each other.
The assigned warehouse allows you to assign the warehouses you ship from with Amazon Shipping.
In the Surcharges section, the following options can be applied to all shipping methods:
Rate calculation
Cash on delivery (not yet available)
Insurance
Remote zone
Weight surcharge
Dimensions surcharge
Export duties
Fuel surcharge
These surcharges depend on your courier and you can add them based on your agreed terms with the courier. That way Outvio will apply most of them for rate calculation so that the system can decide which courier is the cheapest option for you.
❗️Things to note:
For 100% accuracy, you need to upload your shipping rates in the Shipping methods section.
It is your responsibility to add the surcharges correctly, as well as update them if necessary if they charge over time.
Fill out only those surcharges that apply to your contract.
And that's it, you are ready to start sending parcels with Amazon Shipping! 📦
