Different ways to duplicate orders

In Outvio you can create repeat orders in two different ways. You can duplicate orders either in the Orders tab or History tab.

This option might be especially helpful in cases where you have regular clients ordering the same product every now and then. It saves your time immensely as within just one click you can create a repeat order, thus avoiding re-entering manually the data.

Let's have a closer look at how you can duplicate orders:

a. Duplicate an order on the Orders tab

STEP 1. Go to the Orders tab, select the order you would like to duplicate and click on the "Edit order" button.

STEP 2. Click on the "Duplicate order" button.

After clicking on the “Duplicate order” button, the new order will be created automatically. The only difference lies in the fact that the duplicated order has a different order number, OTN, and an order creation date.

b. Repeat a shipment from the History tab

STEP 1. Go to the History tab, select the shipment and click on the three dots.

STEP 2. Click on the “Duplicate order” button.

After you click the “Duplicate order” button, you will be redirected to the Orders tab where you immediately see the duplicated order with a different order number, OTN, and an order creation date.

It is as simple as that!
