In this short article, we go through three different ways how you can process orders in Outvio according to your needs.

1. Normal order processing one by one

The most common way to process orders is to do it one by one by sending orders to the Shipping queue, packing the products, selecting the courier, and printing the labels. For further information, click HERE.


2. Bulk printing

For customers who want to process multiple orders at the same time, we have enabled a bulk printing option. You can print in bulk either in the Orders tab or in the Shipping queue tab. In both cases, if any of the orders could not be processed for whatever reason, the orders will be sent back either to the Orders tab or the Shipping queue depending on where they were processed in the first place. 3. Scan and pack option

For Conquer plan clients we have enabled a powerful tool to process orders by using a bar code reader. It is the fastest way possible to get your orders processed.


In order to be able to use Scan and pack feature, you must first go to the Shop settings section and then activate that option.
