How to track your shipments?

Tracking shipments

STEP 1. Go to the Tracking tab.

Here you will be able to see all your shipments currently being delivered by the couriers.

STEP 2. Open a shipment to see all the details related to that delivery and the order.

STEP 3. Scroll down and click on the arrow icon to have a look at the tracking information.


How do the customers see it? 🧐

Customers can track orders on your tracking page with Outvio.

Go to Settings -> Branding

Here, you will see your general branding details:

You can also see your domain and the tracking page when you click on Tracking Page:

If you wish to view the page with different orders in different statuses, go to the address of your tracking page and enter the OTN and postal code of the order.
