By default, if you use Outvio's multi-user functionality, all users will have the same print settings as the main account.

However, on the Conquer plan, you can offer your users the ability to customise their print settings.
IMPORTANT:
Each user needs to perform these steps individually.
Here is how to do it:
STEP 1. Go to "User Account"
Once you are in Account Settings, you are going to find the "Personal Printing Settings" section.
STEP 2. Customise the printing settings for each user.
Here you can see that by default it indicates that the store settings are applied, but each user can configure the following:
The type of printer they want to use to print the labels
Additional shipping documents other than the label
The format for shipping labels
