Adjusting your printing settings in Outvio is very easy.

STEP 1. Go to your Shop settings.

STEP 2. Find Printing settings and choose the preferred options.

Printing settings

You can see different options under your Printing settings. First of all, you can decide which printer you want to use to print out your labels. In Outvio you can choose between four different options: you can use label printer with measurements 210 x 100mm or 150 x 100mm, or you can opt for the standard laser or ink printer printing on A4 paper and choose either you want to print three or four labels on one paper.

You can also choose if you want to print, along with the shipping label, additional documentation (Packing list & Invoice). This option is enabled by default when you create an account in Outvio. If you choose to print only the label, and you happen to ship somewhere where the additional documentation is required, Outvio will also print the necessary additional documentation automatically.

You can also choose in which format you want to print your shipping labels. Labels are normally printed in PDF format, but if you are using a ZPL printer, you can opt for the ZPL format. This option only makes sense if you process shipments through the API connection or if you use the Scan & Pack option. In any other case, you should use PDF printing.

Shipping in bulk

If you are on a paid plan (Grow, Conquer), you can speed up your label printing process by using the bulk shipping option. Nevertheless, keep in mind that this option gets activated after sending more than 50 shipments in one month without any payment failure. If you need us to activate it before, please contact us.

Under the Printing settings, you can choose if you want to optimise your paper usage and print consecutively, or you want to print each order starting from a new page.

Direct printing

The fastest way to print your labels is to activate the Direct printing option. This option is available on Grow and Conquer plans and enables you to print labels directly, skipping the browser and operating system print dialog.
