One of the important steps when preparing and processing your shipments, involves printing the Shipping List for the couriers arrival.

What is the Shipping List?

The Shipping List is a list of all the shipments processed for a particular courier.

→ Couriers sometimes refer to this shipping list as a shipping manifest

When you process your first order of the day for a courier, the Shipment List is created for that courier and all new shipments created with the same courier will be added to this Shipping List.

☝️ Once you have finished processing shipments for the day you will need to print out all the Shipping Lists that have been created.

The Shipping List consists of 2 copies. When the courier comes to pick up your orders, make them sign one copy of the Shipment List and keep it for your reference. Give the other copy to the courier. In case of an issue with any of the shipments, this will be your proof that the courier has picked up that shipment.

Where to find the Shipping List?

You can find the Shipping List in the Shipping Queue tab next to your orders list.

After you have printed out your Shipping List(s), the button will disappear from the Shipping Queue, but you will still be able to find them in the History tab in case you need to reprint them.

To filter them:

go to History tab > clic on filter (top left corner) > choose Type Documents (You can also filter by the time range)

These documents contain a list of all the shipments sent with each courier for the day and warehouse (or since the last time the list was printed):

Now your shipments are ready for pickup!
