You can create the return as reverse order, manually in the Orders tab.

On the Grow or Conquer plan, with the already delivered shipments in the History tab, you can open the selected order, click on the three dots, and select "Create a return".

This automatically creates a reverse order, copying the pickup and delivery data from the original order, and later on, you process it like any other shipment. When you get the label, you have to send it to your customer.

On the subscribed plans, you can also automate the process through your returns portal. That means your customers are the ones who make the returns in an automated way, without having to contact you.
