How to export order information

Export orders.

If you are on the Grow plan or higher, you have the Export Orders feature available in a CSV file.

In this article we show you step by step how to do this.

STEP 1. Go to the settings menu and click on "Advanced Tools".

Then, click on Orders Export

STEP 2. Select a date range and order status.

You must select the date range of the orders that you want to export.

Additionally, you can choose the status of the orders that you want to export, the following statuses are available:

  • ALL: All orders created in the selected date range will be exported

  • DELIVERED: All orders delivered in the selected date range will be exported

  • SHIPPED: All orders shipped in the selected date range will be exported

STEP 3. Download the CSV file.

Once you click on Download CSV you will get a CSV file with all the information.
