"My Couriers" section in Outvio, displays all the couriers available to use or integrate on your own terms, and allows you to manage them in a simple way.

Courier preferences

Courier preferences allows you to choose your preferred way of rates selection.

You will need to choose between two options:

  • the first one applies the best rate the system finds for your shipments (Outvio rates included), If you want to use this option, then you will need to upload the Excel file with your rates in your courier integration settings

  • the second option will be mostly applying your rates, except for the destinations that are not available with your couriers.

Rates and couriers📋

This main segment displays all available couriers, you can filter them all by country and toggle the Status to activate them for your shipments.

On the top, you can see the couriers with Outvio rates.

Keep in mind that Outvio offers pre-configured rates only for some countries, in that case you will have to use your own couriers or make a contract and integrate them.

Outvio Rates💯

When you click any Outvio Courier, you will find the pre-configured rates for each of them, as well as the shipping conditions under them.

❗️If you want to see Outvio's pre-configured rates, you will first need to have your pickup warehouse activated. The warehouse address must be correct and complete.

Your rates will be displayed like this, by zones/destinations and by weight:

is possible to filter by warehouse, as well as by service (if there is more than one that is offered by selected courier):

Check the conditions of the selected courier. You can find the conditions under the rates table, (conditions may include details about surcharges for some destinations, maximum weight applicable and etc.)

In addition, you will see the different countries and zones where the service is provided. The numbers in the brackets give you a hint of the approximate transit time in days of a particular courier and shipping method.

You may find more information about the estimated delivery time for each shipment in the Tracking tab under each shipment.

Use your courier☑️

Additionally, you can integrate your own courier by clicking on any of the available couriers in the page and setting it up based on your contract
